Company is about $110-120M; Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX. This is the preferred location for resources, however they do have locations in DC, Little Rock, Dallas area and north of Tampa.
They basically have 5 business units (geographically based brands) that do the same thing. They support the construction industry and are approximately 80% Asbestos Abatement, with the remainder a variety of similar services to same customer base (Mold remediation, lead remediation, demolition, etc) They are growing tremendously through acquisition. They are in the process of integrating all the businesses on the same IT platform which is being implemented now The solutions in play are Acumatica (CRM, Project Accounting, Accounting), FieldFlo (Field Services) and iSolved (HR/Payroll) – the applications are in various stages of deployment to the 5 businesses.
