  • Summary This position will be filled at offices located in the Southwest Region, Planning and Programming Branch. Responsibilities Performs multiple, varying and complex assignments under the limited directions of a manager, project/program manager, team leader or more experienced technical specialist. Determines eligibility of work on projects involving environmental studies and assessments.
