Pharmacy Technician IIFast-paced, high volume pharmacy is looking for top skilled Tech. Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Medical Support is located at 1100 Bridgewood Street, Fort Worth, TX 76112Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, working a rotating shift.Home Infusion hours are:

0600-1430

0700-1530

0800-1630

Including weekends and holidays

Here’s What You NeedH.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required6 Months experience in a Texas Health hospital pharmacy RequiredRPhT - Registered Pharmacy Technician Upon Hire RequiredWhat You Will DoThis position is with our Home Infusion team.Duties include: contacting patients, providers and nursing staff to coordinate appointments, update patient status and disseminate vital patient information.You will be in charge of timely and accurate preparation, delivery & storage of medications, including (when appropriate) the use of technology to do so while ensuring accuracy of one's own work as well as the maintenance of required competencies, and other documentation.Tasks specific to Tech II:Functionality requiring additional competency above Tech 1Autonomous responsibility either with record keeping or as a single point of contact outside the departmentAdvanced technology expertise and ownershipDelegated functions of pharmacy leadership (manager or lead technicians)Timely and accurate preparation, delivery & storage of medications, including (when appropriate) the use of technology to do so.Ensuring accuracy of one's own work as well as the maintenance of required competencies, and other documentation.
