This is a Full-Time Position. WHAT YOU\'LL DO: Under the general direction of the charge nurse, provides direct patient care in the Memorial Nursing and Rehabilitation department by assist and/or provide for residents in the essential activities of daily living. Communicate with charge nurse(s), and other staff about residents’ condition including responding quickly and accurately to requests for assistance from residents and changes in instructions form charge nurse. Duties: Provide quality personal care to residents while maintaining resident rights Provide quality assistance with daily living activities including but not limited to showers, oral care, peri-care, nail care, feeding etc. Assist residents in maintaining their highest functioning level Report any condition changes of residents to nurses in a timely manner Complete daily duties as assigned in a timely manner and before leaving shift daily Remain knowledgeable of changes and in regulations and resident conditions Complete ADL coding appropriately each day before leaving shift Maintain education requirements for regulations and certifications as well as ADL coding requirement changes Participate in quality improvement teams/projects EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of Nurse Aide training and competency evaluation program (NATCEP). LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Current Texas CNA certification and current CPR certification required.  Must maintain current certifications at all times. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Medium (lifting 50 lbs max, frequently lifting / carrying up to 25 lbs)

This is a Full-Time Position. WHAT YOU\'LL DO: Under the direction of the Surgery Nurse Director. Provide direct patient care by assisting the Physician/Surgeon and Charge Nurse with patients. Assist surgeons during invasive and non-invasive procedures, anticipates surgeon’s needs, and hands surgical instruments to surgeon. The certified scrub tech prepares and organizes the operating room, cleans and sterilizes equipment, and maintains a sterile surgical environment. Communicate with Charge Nurse and staff about the patient’s condition and responds quickly and request assistance when changes occur in the care of the patient.  EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Verifiable completion of an accredited program in surgical technology. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: None LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Current Texas C.S.T. Certificate preferred
