  • Toyota of Pharr, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an Express Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

  • Utility Coordinator IICoordinates and performs technical work related to new utility installations and state and/or federally funded utility adjustments and relocations. Work requires contact with private entities and governmental agencies. Employees at this level perform work independently on assignments; however, all unusual issues are referred to the supervisor.Utility Coordinator IIICoordinates and performs technical work related to new utility installations and state and/or federally funded utility adjustments and relocations. Work requires considerable contact with private entities and governmental agencies. Employees at this level establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives. Issues are rarely referred to the supervisor but are handled at the occurrence.Essential Duties:Utility Coordinator IIReviews current projects for progress and pending projects for planning purposes; advises and trains others on policiesand procedures.Assists in reviewing and processing new utility installation permits.May serve as the liaison with and coordinates activities between the Department, federal agencies, utility companies,and other entities.Implements and interprets Department policies and procedures as they relate to utility adjustments, relocations,negotiations, reimbursements and compliance with applicable state and federal laws.Meets with utility representatives and other entities to explain the utility accommodation policy and relocation andreimbursement processes, negotiate, answer questions to resolve problems.Monitors the installation/removal, adjustment or relocation of utilities.Assists with reviewing current projects for progress and pending projects for planning purposes.Provides updates on current projects for progress and pending projects for planning and portfolio management purposes;consults and advises personnel in policies and procedures.Enters and maintains the electronic documentation and data in TxDOT systems are accurate and up-to-date.Researches problems and coordinates solutions regarding potential utility conflicts and reimbursements; preparescorrespondence.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.Utility Coordinator IIIIncludes duties shown above plus the following:Coordinates, reviews and processes new utility installation permits.Maintains liaison with and serves in a consultative capacity between the Department, federal agencies, utilitycompanies, other entities and/or title companies.Reviews agreements, plans, specifications and billings submitted by the utility companies.
