Job Description:Purpose:Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals with surgical specialists, general practitioners and dental labs within an assigned territory. Attributes include creative selling/promoting, identifying opportunities for growth, collaborating with team members, business plan development, and educating/presenting upon Nobel Biocare products, procedures and protocols.Accountabilities:

Responsible in achieving a set sales quota for a geographic territory

No direct people responsibility

Collaborate with NobelProcera Lab Manager, marketing and customer support.

Participate in local trade shows as well as sponsored Training & Education courses

Schedule includes occasional evenings and weekends based on the development needs for the territory.

Plan and prioritize sales utilizing funnel management.

Complete work, on-time and consistently. (Includes, but not limited to: sales visits, funnel management, compliance training, BX, etc).

Works with Regional Manager on budgets/BEX

Cotravel, coach and train other sales representatives in region.

Higher level of independence in the form of approvals, orders, educational events, and expenses

Lead portions of regional meetings and workshops.

Job Requirements:Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science or related field or 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in lieu of education

4+ years of outside sales achievement-oriented experience selling complex products and solutions.

Possess valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

Digital experience – able to navigate and train other representatives (if requested) regarding Nobel Biocare digital products.

Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management software)

Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Apple Keynote, etc.)

Demonstrates presentation skills

Demonstrates consultative selling

Strong negotiation and sales closing skills

Forecasting capabilities

Knowledge of foundational leadership skills (ie engaging team members; coaching through feedback; etc).
