Associate IV - Rail ClerkFreeport, TX.We are looking for an Associate IV - Rail Clerk to join our NAF team in Freeport, TXCome create chemistry with us!As an Associate IV - Rail Clerk at our Freeport site, you will be responsible performing all administrative tasks and duties associated with railcar loading / unloading in the 100, 300, 500, and 1500 blocks.As a Associate IV - Rail Clerk, you create chemistry by Assigning proper railcars to customer orders. Strapping / gauging the railcar to ensure the proper amount is planned for filling. Preparing the necessary paperwork for loading and unloading railcars and barges. Maintaining the OSEM system with correct car status. Accumulating and prepare all switch requests and switch lists in order to efficiently move rail cars to requested spots in a timely manner. Coordinating and schedule railcars to keep open and accurate communication between Logistics and the Supply Chain Planners. Serving as a backup to the Associate IV (Logistics Admin) positionIf you Have a High School Diploma or equivalent or minimum 5 years of administrative experience Are Highly proficient in MS Office Suites software suite and SAP software. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
