Responsible for monitoring for the completion of unscheduled armored services previously dispatched. This includes follow up with the armored provider on services not completed.
Determine which ATMs are out of cash and dispatch armored services as needed.
Using various methods, retrieve Electronic Journal information for armored and cash providers. This could include connecting directly to ATMs through a secure portal to retrieve the data.
Communicate with the Support Center to coordinate repairs or meets for ATMs not loaded with cash due to a mechanical or lock failure.
Process Device Manager tickets in accordance to the guidelines for tracking armored ticket data by fault type.
Provide non-technical support to armored technicians who call into the armored phone line from the field.
Answering phone calls from Armored techs and assisting with the service they are providing
Complete various department processes as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:None.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
Three or more years or armored or banking experience preferred or knowledge of ATM Services
Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect and communicate results in a structured manner
Previous armored service, banking or ATM industry experience preferred
Working knowledge of the Windows XP operating systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
Strong attention to detail
Solid organizational and time management skills
Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently
Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests
