Description We are inviting applications for an Office Manager to be a part of our team in Garland, Texas. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring everything is running smoothly, efficiently, and aligns with compliance regulations. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and maintenance to create a productive work environment Coordinate administrative support and manage office supplies Schedule meetings and manage office communications to maintain seamless flow of information Assist with HR tasks to support the team and ensure efficient operations Maintain accurate records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible Act as a liaison between departments to promote operational efficiency Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various administrative tasks Handle accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, billing, and invoice processing Perform data entry tasks as required, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Requirements Proficient in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and in order. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), managing outgoing payments in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR), tracking and ensuring all owed payments are received. Familiarity with Billing processes, accurately generating invoices and statements for clients. Skilled in Data Entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Capable of efficient Invoice Processing, ensuring all invoices are accurately recorded and paid. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, using it to manage and analyse data effectively. Experience with Oracle software, utilising its features for effective business management. Knowledge of QuickBooks, using it for accounting and financial management.
