Dependable front office staff to greet and welcome the patients as they arrive in the clinic. Ability to accurately explain the check in process to patients and register the patients in the EMR. Works closely with patients and Medical Assistants to prepare them for their visit with the physician. Flexible to work in other areas of the physician group as needed and can work with multiple host systems. Works under supervision of Office Manager.The value you’ll bring to the team:

Perform clerical duties for physician clinic.

Answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner, take messages in the EHR system and task to proper Care Team Member.

Schedule new and follow-up appointments

Explain registration process and give directions to new patients

Ability to explain procedure preparation to patients if instructed.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:Minimum qualifications:

Knowledge of basic math and modern office equipment (fax machine, copy machine, scanner, etc.)

Basic and intermediate computer knowledge and skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

1-2 years of Medical Office experience

Additional languages preferred

Experience in a Medical Office
