Accounting Assistant needed for a subcontracting company. We are seeking someone who is a team player, who is detail oriented, takes initiative and is motivated to work! This is a full time job Monday – Friday 8 to 5 position with room for growth.
Duties include (but are not limited to)
Aiding the Comptroller with payroll
Inventory control
Processing Purchase Orders
Ability to maintain the bookkeeping if needed
Billing customers in a timely manner
Ability to track and Audit customers
Maintain accounts
Process Payments
Data Entry
Assist the Comptroller in daily tasks
Requirements:
Finance Background is a plus
Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook and excel
Organization with the ability to follow through
Punctuality
1-2 years of accounting experience
Must be a self starter
Team oriented
Customer Focused
Reliable transportation
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
