Location: Greenspoint Office
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, occasional Friday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM (No weekends)
Responsibilities:
Typing (minimum 50 WPM)
Microsoft Excel (pivot tables)
QuickBooks Online: Bank reconciliation, closing periods, adjusting entries
Proficiency in mathematics
Good communication and customer service
Additional administrative duties
Requirements:
Valid, unexpired ID and Social Security number
This is a wage position (No Independent Contractors)
Salary: $15 - $18 per hour, based on experience
