Houston based screen printing and embroidery company seeks high energy customer service representative. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, is a quick learner, hard working and possesses strong written and oral communication skills.
This position involves customer contact (phones and occasional walk-in customers), but is more extensively involved with accurately preparing and processing work orders embroidery jobs. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and must be able to, navigate around in email and on the internet easily. Attention to detail is crucial.
This position's essential function and requirements are as follows:
Maintain and update production status on a daily basis and must coordinate the timely flow of work between multiple departments to ensure that all jobs are completed on time.
Provide work orders to different departments to ensure jobs are produced in the most efficient and timely manner.
Multi-task and prioritize multiple projects while staying organized.
Dependability and good organizational skills are a must, and applicants should be able to work with customers (in person, on the telephone, and via email) in a friendly and professional manner.
Exceptional attention to detail, proper record keeping, and absolute accuracy are a must.
Ability to interact with multiple internal departments as well as outside clients and vendors.
