We are seeking very Friendly Customer service representative/Service Representative at our location. They should be honest, hard-working. To be a success, you need to have solid skills and solid ethics. We can train the right individual. We will treat them right by paying them well and offering room for learning and advancement. Here, you will work with experienced Technicians where we deal with all types of vehicles. We mainly work on European vehicles ex: Mercedes Benz, BMW, Bentley, Maserati, Volkswagen, Land Rover etc.

Job Responsibilities
Greet Customers
Call customers and keep them updated on repairs
Keep Work area clean
File paper work
Prepare Vehicle Estimates
Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor
Monitor repair time and update service advisor
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Eventually, you will be required to close shop
M-F 10:30 am to 5:30pm
We may increase hours if you can handle the work load.
Pay depends on experience.
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste) Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
