We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will manage the front desk operations, greet guests, handle phone calls, and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
● Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
● Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
● Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
● Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing documents.
● Assist with basic inquiries about our products and services.
● Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
● Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
