What you'll be doing:
Assisting with various construction tasks, from site prep to cleanup
Handling materials, lifting, and moving things around the site
Using tools and equipment (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes)
Working with skilled tradespeople to complete projects
Keeping the work area safe, organized, and efficient
What we’re looking for:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and being on your feet all day
Some experience with tools is a plus, but not required
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
Punctuality, reliability, and a good attitude
