Description Administrative Assistant supporting a sales team in East Houston (77049). This role is primarily involved in providing support to our sales team in a variety of administrative tasks. This position is situated in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll be handling customer inquiries and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.Responsibilities: Manage calendars effectively, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service Provide accurate and efficient data entry services Correspond via email professionally, addressing all inquiries promptly Arrange travel logistics as required, ensuring all details are meticulously planned Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various administrative tasks Maintain precise records for easy retrieval and reference Answer questions promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities Sound customer service skills, with an emphasis on maintaining high customer satisfaction levels Strong data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed Exceptional email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and detail-oriented communication Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining detail-oriented behavior at all times Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formula creation Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating presentations and modifying templates Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal time management and organization.
