This position is part of our comprehensive guest management and visitor access strategy and directly influences departmental functions and overall patient / visitor experience across the institution.West Houston location shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMKey FunctionsAcknowledges and greets patients and visitors and performs health screening.Accurately provides information and instruction, pertaining to all hospital campus to patients, visitors and staff.Maintains a highly professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers and peers and performs multiple tasks as screener, greeter, information desk, in a fast-paced environment.Other duties assigned.Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience.Education Preferred: Associate's degree in related field.Experience Required: Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience.
