How you will make an impact

Manage the overall operations of Continuing Care while meeting, or exceeding, federal, state, and local, regulations and the facility’s quality and service standards

Manage occupancy development of Continuing Care; actively market the continuum of care by networking in the community with residents, families, discharge planners, social service workers, local business organizations, and other referral sources

Develop an operating budget, and capital expenditures budget and coordinate capital improvements

Direct the safety and loss prevention program; maintain the quality assurance program and take remedial action when necessary

Develop and implement a facility-wide resident relations program to meet residents’ needs and to ensure resident quality and service

Ensure continued licensure and certification of Continuing Care

Compensation: Commensurate with experienceWhat you will need

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of three (3) years of management-level experience in long-term care

Completed AIT and in process of getting their NHA license
