Description We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into useful insights that will drive strategic decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate should be a motivated team player who is capable of handling multiple responsibilities, simultaneously.Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.

Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to create dashboards and reports, using Power BI tools.

Establish and enforce data governance, data management, and data quality standards to ensure best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.

Act as a Power BI subject matter expert providing necessary training, troubleshooting, and support to other end users.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI updates, trends, and capabilities to incorporate into dashboards and reports.

Work with IT and other data sources to troubleshoot any data inconsistencies/discrepancies.

Create Power BI data models and schemes that align with company needs and requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Proven experience in working with Microsoft Power BI or other similar BI tools.

Strong SQL skills and understanding of databases and data warehouses.

Solid understanding of data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization principles.

Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels in the organization.

Experience in Power BI administration and user management is a plus.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel could be beneficial.

The chosen candidate must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, exhibit a strong attention to detail, and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
