The Change Management and Communications Consultant implements organizational change initiatives that enable the organization to achieve greater performance. This would entail, creating communications content; participates in the planning and execution of employee communications programs within the organization. This role reports to the Human Resources Senior Manager supporting Caterpillar Marine and Medium Speed Engines.What You Will Do:
Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy and direction, and effectively translate complex ideas into clear, concise messages for internal and external stakeholders.
Accountable for internal and external communication efforts by leading the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
Develops and maintains strong business partner and/or customer relationships at all organization levels through demonstrated customer focus.
Conducting needs analysis and impact assessment to determine the most effective approach for communicating and implementing change.
Collaborate with the Divisional Communications team to exchange best practices and ensure the adoption of division-wide communication standards for unified messaging throughout the business unit and division.
Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired.

Relocation to Houston, Texas is offered.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
This position is currently a hybrid in-office work model, requiring a minimum 3-day weekly office presence onsite at our office and remote work for the remaining days. However, work arrangements may be adjusted at any time based on business needs.
