Managing premium areas such a clubs, catering activations, etc
Familiarity with catering BEO’s
Staging/Setting of premium areas
Following cleanliness protocols
Enforcing responsible alcohol service standards
Following safety protocols
Qualifications:
Experience in sporting events premium preferred
