Rotork is seeking a Communications Manager – Americas to support the successful delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Implementation Programme, internally known as Project DRIVE. This role is crucial in ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication across the Americas region, driving employee engagement and adoption of the new system.Reporting to the Global Head of Communications, you will be part of a small global team, based out of Rochester with travel to our other US sites when required.Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute internal communication plans to support Project DRIVE.Evaluate and improve current communication activities to align with the company's purpose and vision.Help leaders, senior managers, and other stakeholders enhance their communication skills and activities by providing guidance or hands-on support in drafting plans, articles, presentations, and other communication materials.Play a key role in establishing effective communication channels, systems, and processes.Provide communication guidance to multiple stakeholders and support managers in effectively communicating with their teams including change communications.Use existing communication channels, such as email, intranet, town hall meetings, the annual leadership conference, and briefings, to deliver engaging and consistent messages.Manage the communications calendar, ensuring alignment with other key company activities.Support the development of the company’s employer brand.Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, adapting as necessary to ensure impact.Collaborate with marketing to resource communication projects, support social media and ensure brand compliance.Manage the process to ensure accurate and accessible translated content for global audiences.

Job Summary: The Project Manager will provide excellent quality of installation and customer experience while meeting industry standards and completing assigned projects on time and under budget. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects and resources necessary to install and service products on multiple customer projects. The Project Manager will need to communicate with the lead technicians, trim technicians, programmers and the scheduler. Organizing supplies and job documentation will be among daily duties. Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct hand off meetings with Sales team to ensure customers’ expectations will be met. Coordinate with job superintendent to establish job site regulations and communicate AV needs from other trades are met. Communicate all billable change orders to sales and engineering Review sales order, product list and scope of work prior to any resources being allocated Coordinate with Scheduling Coordinator to deploy resources to complete projects. Coordinate with buyer to ensure timely arrival of materials required Meet with subcontractors to ensure they understand their role in the project Responsible for all aspects of onsite installation of AV systems Adherence to project timeline and expectations Set up, configure and program networks, control systems, cameras and NVRs Review & react to daily updates to project documentation and work orders in job management software Accurate time clock entries and job costing Make decisions and be held accountable to Time and Materials Client training and transition to service department Conduct quality checks and enforce company standards On call rotation maybe required Some out-of-town travel may be required at times due to clients having multiple homes in other cities and states.
