Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be handling a high volume of phone calls and email correspondences, processing credit card transactions, and using AS400 for various tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Managing a high volume of inbound telephone calls efficiently Handling a significant amount of email correspondences with good etiquette Processing credit card transactions meticulously Utilizing AS400 system, training for which will be provided Showcasing a strong initiative and drive in customer service activities Multitasking effectively in a high-paced environment Paying great attention to detail in all tasks Ensuring high-quality customer service through all interactions. Requirements The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. Demonstrated ability to manage inbound telephone calls in a detail oriented and efficient manner. Experience in processing credit card transactions is a must. Familiarity with AS400 software is crucial for this role. Proficiency in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills.
