Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our Company. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers.Responsibilities:

Interacts with customers via telephone, email, and online chat, to provide support and information on products or services.

Process customer invoices and payments.

Maintain customer accounts and records.

Enters customer orders.

Respond to customer questions and concerns; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forward messages to the appropriate staff.

Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer's issues and concerns.

Keep track of customer interactions including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Process letters to customers, and perform other general clerical services.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills including active listening.

Customer service-oriented and must have a positive attitude.

Ability to build relationships with customers.

Able to identify and resolve emerging customer issues.

Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 HourlyPay depends on your experience and will be discussed during the interview process.Benefits:
