Job Description:
As a Delivery Driver at Kurz & Co., you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and professional deliveries while upholding our company standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections on our vehicle to ensure safe operation
Checking and managing the load for accuracy
Loading and unloading the truck daily
Maintaining the delivery vehicle, including checking fluids, scheduling timely maintenance, and refueling
Delivering products with excellent customer service and professionalism
Entering correct data on a tablet to ensure proper electronic invoices are generated
Representing Kurz & Co. in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Qualifications:
We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious drivers who meet the following requirements:
Current driver’s license in good standing (CDL NOT REQUIRED)
CLEAN DRIVING RECORD – no accidents or tickets in the past 3 years
CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD – no felonies
Experience with medium-duty cab-over box trucks is preferred
Must be able to pass a drug test and physical exam
2 years of route delivery experience with references preferred
Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Professional appearance required
Must be able to work Saturdays
