Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Solve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
Comprehension of basic networking concepts
Practical knowledge of Computer System
Workstation Support experience
Comprehension of Malfunction
Good understanding of Peripheral Equipment
Solid understanding of Training Manual
Experience with Technical Assistance
Solid understanding of Drug Test
Deep understanding of EO/IR systems
Networks experience highly desired
Expertise in Eligibility Verification
Wide ranging experience with Onsite
Proven knowledge of Deskside Support
Earlier work involving Computer Hardware
Proficiency in Phone Presenc
Hands-on experience with IAN
Quality experience with agreements
General familiarity with Resolve Issues
Prior experience with WAN Technologies
Previous experience working with Salary Structures
Foundational knowledge in Onboarding
Foundational knowledge in Computer usage (basic)
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
Well-founded grasp of Queries
Skills in Resolve Technical Problems
