The HR Generalist directly manages employee relations and performance management concerns, as well as supports workforce planning initiatives. The HR Generalist leads HR projects in support of HRBPs. This role is an expert in HR systems, and analyzes key HR metrics to identify progress and opportunities. Primary Responsibilities:Advise and provide coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management, HR policies and other related topics.
Analyze HR data for insights and actions.
Partner with leaders and HRBPs on initiatives and org changes, including workforce planning.
Supports HRBPs on annual HR initiatives, including engagement survey and action planning, compensation processes, talent review, etc.
Identify and recommend continuous improvements to HR programs and processes to drive efficiencies and enhance associate experience
Lead various HR projects as directed by HRBP team.
Education Required:Bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field required for external candidates but preferred for internal candidates degree
Experience Required:5 years HR experience in large, complex organization
Experience Preferred:Proficient in HRIS systems – Workday preferred
Licenses/Certifications Required:HR Certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Technical Skills and Abilities:Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
Ability to navigate ambiguity, and a rapidly changing environment
Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization (executive to associate level)
Analytical skills, including intermediate level Excel and PPT skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops to various levels
Knowledge of HR federal and state laws and regulations
Strong project management skills
