RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Internal Project/Program Manager in support of our industry leading technology development client in Houston, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.


Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for the Enterprise Systems Slack implementation as a technical resource
Administration; Architecture; User provisioning; Settings and policies; Channel structure; Application approval processes; Data security; Process design
Authentication, Authorization, Configuration, operations and Integration with Enterprise and Custom systems
Review existing standards and refine governance model, Slack enterprise grid, workspaces, external collaboration and partner channels, and other Document management systems
Build onto an organizational structure that will allow for maximum automation and scalability
Work with the Identity Management Team(s) for account lifecycle and security policy management
Manage numerous tasks simultaneously
Balance user experience with security requirements
Should have sound knowledge on setting up of SSO in Slack integrated with SSO provider like OKTA, PingID etc.
Should have understanding of RBAC in Slack
Should have understanding of Slack Governance

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be a Slack Certified Administrator
3-5 years of experience in Slack Administration and implementation
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Strong Slack automation knowledge building bots and apps
Hands on experience managing a large-scale slack implementation as an enterprise tool
An ability to thrive in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short- and long-term requirements
A passion for technology and an ability to identify new opportunities for efficiency and productiveness while solving problems
Ability to work effectively with team members, peers, and others in and outside the organization to accomplish goals and objectives, and to identify and resolve problems
Successful track record in working on multi-functional, cross-team projects
Horizontal knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support is a nice to have
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies outside of the Collaboration tools realm for integration with Slack and help with employee productivity
