Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant (Entry Level) is responsible for providing administrative support for various administrative and document management business process in the CPGO group and operations, procurement and project management.Day to Day Responsibilities: Organize and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments Plan meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms Assist in preparing regular reports and reviewing invoices Help employees with business travel and expenses Develop and maintain a filing system Update office policies and procedures Order office supplies and coordinate restaurant reservations for meetings Maintain contact lists and contribute to team effortsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
