KYC Operations Analyst

Job Description:Assisting a few projects in the New Accounts operations team. These projects will center around two primary areas:

Embedded Entity Cleanup Project: This project will consist of reviewing account documentation and locating pre-identified data points of importance. These data points will be flagged and uploaded to a spreadsheet for future use when updating the account.

CAT/CAIS Project: This project will consist of reviewing client data errors sent by FINRA and researching the account thoroughly to identify if any data is inaccurate and/or missing. Depending on findings, this may require an update to company records and/or contacting the advisor/branch on the account for more information.

  • The Principal Business Systems Analyst is responsible for leading and/or participating in business process and data analysis efforts in order to support our Institutional PeopleSoft FSCM and third part related systems. The Principal BSA works with individuals in the department, IS Division, as well as customers outside of the IS Division to provide technical guidance and alternatives to other analysts in the development of multiple complex data management and business applications and platforms. The Principal BSA also provides guidance and support in the implementation of data management, integration, and reporting initiatives involving PeopleSoft data and interfaces across other applications and platforms within MD Anderson\'s portfolio of software.
