Lead Admission Coordinator

A Lead Admission Coordinator must demonstrate a personal dedication towards finding appropriate placement for our prospective clients. Observes and coaches the admissions department team members. Assists with trainings and employee engagement within the admissions department. With an emphasis on quality and urgency, a Lead Admissions Coordinator is expected to communicate seamlessly with clients, families, providers, and internal staff to ensure our prospective clients receive timely access to care. ResponsibilitiesArrive on time and work the duration of their scheduled shifts.  Lead Coordinators must also be willing to work outside of normal business hours, and on-call, when needed.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, always.
