POSITION OVERVIEW As a Lead Application System Sales Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by promoting and selling our complex application solutions. You will work collaboratively with various departments to develop and execute sales strategies, provide technical expertise, and nurture strong customer relationships.Are you a talented sales professional with a passion for technology and a knack for driving business growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Applications Sales Engineer. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you will work out of our Houston, TX hub. In this role, you will impact the success of our organization by driving the sales of our application solutions and building strong relationships with customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and provide valuable insights to customers, helping them understand the benefits and value of our solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives · Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers · Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutionsMUST HAVE · 8+ years of transferrable experience in sales engineering roles · Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets · Strong technical background in application solutions · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities WE VALUE · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field · Dynamic and self-motivated individuals · Strong leadership and team management skills · Innovative and eager to learn · Curious individuals who are open to exploring new business opportunitiesHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
