In this role, your work will directly influence our ability to make informed financial decisions, optimize resources, and drive sustainable growth. By effectively managing budgets, ensuring financial compliance, and providing strategic insights, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial future of our organization. Your commitment to financial excellence will help us navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and maintain a strong and stable financial position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance manager for Smart Energy Americas Gas LOB $500M.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage the Gas LOB Working Capital, including monitoring collections and inventory risks.

Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making.

Collaborate on AOP and forecast preparations with the commercial team.

Support the CFO with a strong COO mindset to mitigate financial risks and drive opportunities with the manufacturing sites and sales team.

Provide guidance on weekly pulse calls to the senior leadership team and follow up on weekly open actions with the commercial team.

Act as a financial advisor to department heads and senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.

Drive financial closing activities and month end reporting with the respective team.

Support financial backups for M&A activities.

YOU MUST HAVE

A minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles.

Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.

Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Manufacturing / ISC finance experience will be beneficial.

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
