Roles and Responsibilities:

Leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communication activities for specific projects and IT initiatives with minimal oversight

Providing OCM strategy and support to both IT and business resources impacted by assigned projects/initiatives

Contributing to the standard Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within the IT PMO, including, but not limited to, the following:

The development of strategies, policies and procedures designed to enhance the IT PMO’s OCM and communication effectiveness (e.g., developing an overall campaign, utilizing multiple communication channels, developing speaking points, etc.).

The development of standards, templates, and toolkits to provide OCM support to the PMO team.

The development and design of training materials and/or collateral to facilitate adoption of the IT PMO’s OCM and communication procedures Developing and executing various OCM deliverables, including, but not limited to:

Communication strategies, plans and collateral

Communications intended for all levels of the organization

Stakeholder Assessment/Analysis

Change Impact Analysis

Training strategy, plans and collateral (where applicable)-

Post-stabilization assessments/measurements against success factors

Leading/supporting other OCM and communication-related activities as required

Required skills:

At least five years’ experience in organizational change management or related discipline (e.g., transformation, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in organizational change management

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong organizational skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels within the organization

Preferred skills:

Completion of an undergraduate degree

At least one year experience in Information Technology-related projects
