Enforce all building/property rules.
Follow site/client Post Duties.
Report any unsafe activity.
Report any signs of vandalism.
Aids in maintaining an orderly workplace.
Trains new personnel on the proper procedures and policies under direction of management.
Makes decisions regarding the safety & security of the site with the aid of United Protective Services post orders.
Maintains daily activity logs in accordance to post orders.
Creates incident reports for unique incidents on site.
Observes and reports all suspicious activity in accordance with post orders.
Ensures all United Protective Services equipment is well maintained and accounted for before, during and after each shift.
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to work outside in the elements.
Additional job duties may be assigned as necessary.
Superior customer service skills are required!
Must be able to engage in conversation with clients, customers and vendors.
