Partnered with Anesthesiology and Critical Care, the Division of Nursing and the Division of Surgery, this multidisciplinary team performs more than 15,000 surgical cases each year in more than 30 operating rooms spanning the Main Building and Mays Clinic.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of Supply Chain/Material Management experience.Shift : DaysKey Functions

Review outages on a daily basis.

Remove any additional items not on the par form.

Write up an order request.

Fax request to Main OR.

Restock with a 99.5% accuracy.

Maintain accurate bin labels.

On a monthly basis, review all items located at the ACB for expiration dates - Center Core, rooms, carts, and Cysto room:

Pull expired product.

Log in the Expiration Book.

Identify and report any inventory problems or discrepancies.

Available for call after hours and weekends.

Process returned supplies, placing them into the proper bin location.

Bi-monthly, verify assigned product expirations and document in the expiration log book.

Assist with annual supply inventory preparation and physical count.
