Description: Downhole electronics design – oil & gas OR aerospace/defense OR maybe some from tech companies with power supply design (5 – 7 years of experience) – 7+ years DC to DC Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) design High Power SMPS (up to 300W) – someone that has experience with high voltage design, someone in oil and gas – or aerospace/defense. High voltage design (600V) High temperature electronics They will be design, test, qualify power supply electronics Designing electronics, test and troubleshooting electronics on hardware side They have a design team Design tools: open on package (they have a standard design sw they use – PCAD) Design the circuit, do the schematic and they have a PCB layout team who will do the layout – work closely with this team 30% design (quick) and 70% testing and troubleshooting Team: this person would be working with a team of engineers. 1 Person doing Power Supply that he would work with What tools used for design?
