Responsible for deliverable management processes

Oversee a team responsible for tracking, monitoring, processing, and reporting on deliverables ensuring timelines and contractual requirement are met

Responsible for onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset management, for new and departing team members

Define onboarding/offboarding activities that align with project requirements

Apply Deloitte policies, procedures, and guidelines to remain compliant against requirements prescribed within a contract

Sponsor continuous improvement by all project teams to improve project quality, efficiency and consistency

Manage project and program communications. Gather and communicate project status with all project stakeholders

Create, configure, maintain PMO applications and tools

Lead multiple project assignments, project tracking, risk, action item, issue and decision resolution, time gathering and progress reporting, and communicate overall project progress

Create and maintain project schedules in compliance with industry scheduling standards and Deloitte's best practices

Bachelors' degree preferably in business related field and or equivalent professional work experience

10+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and supporting tools, including hands on and leadership experience as a Scrum Master for large project teams

Experience in leading, managing, and directing project teams on project deliverables within client budget guidelines (Fixed or Variable)

Experiencedeveloping and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines

Ability to lead, or facilitate discussions on scrum or agile best practices, workflows, and toolsusage

Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project

PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
