Position Summary:Responsible for coordination and completion of a wide variety of projects to assist in the implementation and monitoring of healthcare transformation activities.Position Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.

Oversees all aspects of projects.

Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project.

Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Interacts with representatives from various departments to develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures related to assigned project(s).

Works within budget, negotiates service contracts, and reports on progress.

Works closely with internal departments regarding strategy and collaboration.

Prepares progress reports for both management and governmental agencies.

Interacts with representatives from various departments to develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures related to assigned project(s).

May prepare/make oral and/or visual presentations.

Develops and maintains project documentation.

Performs a variety of tasks.

May lead and direct the work of others.

Uphold internal controls which provide reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, and financial information is reliable and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.
