This role can be based remotely, with a preference for candidates located in the Tampa. FL area. This individual will play a critical role in developing compelling, client-focused proposals and presentations that help position Turner & Townsend for continued growth.
Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle, from kickoff and planning through submission ensuring compliance, quality, and adherence to deadlines.Partner with Directors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and client-facing professionals to gather, shape, and refine technical content.Write, edit, and tailor compelling proposal narratives that clearly articulate Turner & Townsend’s value proposition and differentiators.Develop visually engaging proposal documents and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools.Coordinate timelines, track progress, and proactively communicate risks or challenges to stakeholders.Compile and maintain reusable content, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across submissions.Support the development of interview presentations, including content structuring and visual storytelling.Coach and prepare technical teams for client presentations, including rehearsals, messaging refinement, and delivery techniques.Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and best practices.
