· Responsible for Onsite support services consisting of EUC,AV and Enterprise devices
· Be First point of contact for customer for all escalations & deliverables related to HCLs agreement
· Responsible to ensure that all deliverables are performed as per agreed SLAs
· Work as a project manager for Infrastructure projects
· Assist in housekeeping data center.
· Create SOPs/define FSO role in break/fix for servers and networks
· Create SOPs/define FSO role in IMAC for servers
· Create SOPs/define FSO role in IMAC for networks
· Facilitate break/fix and IMAC roles simultaneously for network and servers
· Provide 2nd and 3rd level support as well as troubleshoot complex network/server issues and consult/implement solutions
· Attend weekly meetings to raise issues and possible solutions to problems
· Creating training material and provid training for new FSO members
· Travel to remote locations (within or outside Norway) to assist in knowledge transfer / participate in IMAC activities
· Participate in the Continual Service Improvement process, suggesting SOPs for the offshore team interface with the H&F team
· Responsible to ensure Data centres and other customer IT facilities are maintained as per customer guidelines
