Actalent is hiring for Remote Care Navigators in Texas!Job Description:
Responsible for taking call from members to assist and educate Medicaid members on benefits and services
Assisting members with PCP Changes, obtaining new ID Cards and coordinate transportation and other services
Qualifications:
HS Diploma
Experience taking inbound calls and working for medical insurance
Experience work for a managed care organization
Great customer service skills
