Summary:Roadside Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services in the shop or providing basic automotive assistance to customers in the field. This role supports vehicle safety and reliability through quick service maintenance, inspections, and on-site roadside support as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offsConduct tire inspections, air pressure checks, and minor tire repairs or changesRespond to roadside service calls and provide on-site assistance such as jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and battery testingComplete basic vehicle inspections and identify potential mechanical or safety concernsCommunicate findings clearly to Service Advisors or Managers for further repair recommendationsSafely operate shop equipment, lifts, and roadside service vehiclesMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in both shop and field environmentsEnsure tools, equipment, and service vehicles are in proper working conditionFollow all company, manufacturer, and safety procedures at all timesAccurately document services performed and maintain service records
