Our client is looking for a rockstar Senior Account Manager to join their growing team! We are looking for someone that has Clinical experience, working with strategic, Gold and platinum level clients. This is not a hunter sales position, this is a position where you will be the face of the client, building lasting relationships to increase and maintain relationships, focusing on the client experience.
You must have a passion for Data and Analytics as you will be representing a leading value based care and bundled payment solutions software company.
You will be part of a talented team that demonstrates superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. The Senior Account Manager will lead client relationships and ensure success and satisfaction amongst our engagements. This includes operating as the primary project manager during and post implementation, building and maintaining trusted client relationships, incorporating client experience and feedback into overall product development, and identifying new business opportunities.
