Senior Account Manager

Our client is looking for a rockstar Senior Account Manager to join their growing team! We are looking for someone that has Clinical experience, working with strategic, Gold and platinum level clients. This is not a hunter sales position, this is a position where you will be the face of the client, building lasting relationships to increase and maintain relationships, focusing on the client experience.

You must have a passion for Data and Analytics as you will be representing a leading value based care and bundled payment solutions software company.

You will be part of a talented team that demonstrates superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. The Senior Account Manager will lead client relationships and ensure success and satisfaction amongst our engagements. This includes operating as the primary project manager during and post implementation, building and maintaining trusted client relationships, incorporating client experience and feedback into overall product development, and identifying new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve both as primary point of contact for client during all stages of the relationship, and internally as client advocate
  • Develop trusted client relationships by facilitating regular meetings and discussions around client needs, company and product direction, and growth opportunities
  • Drive usage of products through continual training, identification of new opportunities, and general understanding of client's needs and how our solutions fit those needs
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure company is focused on meeting and exceeding client expectations, creating "referenceable " accounts
  • Ensure client or product issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner


Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare industry experience, working with providers, health plans, brokers, medical management companies, or at a healthcare data analytics provider
  • Client /account management experience
  • Ability to communicate and present company, product, and technology information to a broad audience
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the demonstrated ability to identify and make decisions based on complex client request
