Job Details

The Senior Cloud Engineer will help modernize, build and implement a Cloud based Architecture Roadmap for Accelerate Learning's industry leading Science and Math digital education systems using.

As the Senior Cloud Engineer, you will have an immediate impact working closely with leadership and the cloud team from the ground up on infrastructure design decisions, technology and tools approach, build out, implementation, maintenance, support, and planning. This candidate should have strong experience in implementation for new product feature build and improve infrastructure including automation of the migration, development, testing and release process working with Kubernetes, IaC, Automation and Orchestrion.

You Will Work on:
Planning, designing and developing implementing optimal cloud-based applications.
Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives
Managing cloud environments in accordance to security/guidelines
Orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms.
Designing, building and configuring of geographically redundant services
Provide associated team training, education and mentoring

You should bring advanced experience in:
5+ years in Cloud/DevOps Engineer role
AWS, Kubernetes, Openshift, Pulumi , ArgoCD, GitHub Actions
SOA applications deployments and cloud-based services (AWS preferred)
Linux/UNIX, Docker, and Microsoft Azure.
Web services and REST APIs

Pluses:
AWS Solutions Architect, Cloud Security Certification and Azure Certification
