Job Summary: As we expand our influence, Chassaddi Enterprises is seeking a Social Media Manager with a flair for personal assistance to the founder. The role demands a spirited individual proficient in social media, ready to strategize and lead our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. This position is dual-faceted: it requires you to be the social media maestro, driving follower growth and brand influence, and the meticulous personal assistant, synchronizing seamlessly with the founder’s rhythm and accompanying them on their global journeys. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and spearhead innovative social media strategies with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to bolster follower growth and enhance brand influence.

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content regularly, fostering community interaction and brand loyalty.

Monitor social media metrics, fine-tuning strategies to maximize audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Cultivate a brand narrative that resonates with our core values and speaks directly to our target audience, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings, calls, and interviews, making sure the founder's calendar is efficiently organized.

Prepare and organize briefs, presentations, and documents required for meetings, pitches, or conferences.

Ensure that the founder is prepared for all engagements with necessary materials and information.

Handle confidential matters with a high degree of discretion and integrity.

Oversee personal errands for the founder as required, which may include booking restaurants, making personal appointments, or shopping tasks.

Act as a liaison between the founder and other team members, facilitating clear and timely communication.

Accompany the founder to events and engagements, providing support and assistance as needed.

Manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring that trips are well-coordinated, and any special requirements are met.

Assist in managing personal and professional projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Facilitate expense reports and budget tracking for the founder's office, ensuring all expenditures are documented and reconciled.

Requirements:

Experience:

A proven track record in a personal assistant role, with a preference for experience in supporting C-level executives.

Solid experience as a social media manager, with a portfolio demonstrating successful management and growth of social media accounts, especially on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

A current, travel-ready passport for international duties.

Availability:

Flexibility to work outside of traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, aligning with the founder’s schedule and the demands of international markets.

An adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to modify personal schedules to meet the needs of the founder.

Technical Proficiency:

A robust understanding of social media platforms, their specific posting guidelines, management techniques, and algorithmic strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for various administrative tasks.

Competency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, FaceTune, or equivalent, to assist with content creation and curation.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to handle various challenges that may arise.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in all matters.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms that may enhance the brand’s presence and efficiency.
