Sr Account Manager - Building Automation Systems

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for Honeywell Building Technologies organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.Key Responsibilities:Identify OpportunitiesManage and Plan AccountsNegotiate and CloseArticulate and Deliver Value PropositionManage Momentum Through the Sales CycleEstablish Rapport with CustomersThe annual base salary range for this position is $69,500 - $104,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.Must Haves:7 years of business to business sales experience5 plus years’ experience selling Building Automation Systems (Fire, HVAC, Security, Access Control, Etc.Valid driver’s licenseWe Value:3-5 years’ Experience and proven track record in Contractor Project SalesExperience with Direct to Owner Sales.Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related fieldExcellent communication skillsAbility to influence at varying levels across the organization.Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
