This role operates within the financial sector and will cover responsibilities such as managing business systems, working with CRM, and utilizing data mining techniques. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage business systems to ensure smooth operations. Utilize CRM to maintain and develop customer relationships and satisfaction. Employ Crystal Reports for generating informative and detailed reports. Apply data mining techniques for extracting meaningful information to aid in strategic decisions. Manage accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records. Conduct auditing to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Oversee budget processes, ensuring they are efficient and adhere to financial guidelines. Handle capital management to ensure the organization's financial stability. Utilize the 'About Time' system for efficient time management. Requirements Candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency in business systems is required. Experience with Confluence is a must. Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary. Ability to use Crystal Reports effectively is essential. Knowledge of data mining techniques is important. Experience with 'About Time' software is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting functions is essential. Prior experience with auditing is required. Familiarity with budget processes is necessary. Experience in capital management is a key requirement.
