Description
Performing technical accounting tasks, like account reconciliation and journal entries for various markets and divisions.
Maintaining and updating financial records, verifying transaction accuracy and relevance.
Analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies and uphold the integrity of financial reports.
Tracking expenses through software to ensure accurate accounting.
Reviewing transactions during reconciliation for correctness.
Identifying inconsistencies between customer cash receipts and invoices and resolving them.
Monitoring accounts receivable aging and creating monthly accruals and aging analyses.
Collaborating with the Accounting team and other entities for necessary information.
Handling company's confidential data responsibly.
Lending a hand in special projects and offering cross-functional support as required.
Providing support for ad hoc financial tasks.
Requirements
Skilled in the management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Proven experience in performing bank reconciliations.
Competency in managing General Ledger.
Ability to create and manage Journal Entries.
Familiarity with Month End Close processes.
Familiarity with Oracle for the management of financial data.
Experience in using SAP for managing business processes.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in the field of Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a comparable role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrable organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Robust problem-solving capability and strong analytical skills.
